"When we checked in the front desk could not find the reservation, which was my fault as I had booked it under a previous last name. But the desk clerk was dismissive of me and rude, told me I didn't have a reservation and moved on to another client while totally ignoring me. I found the error and waited for him to get back to me and checked in, but he continued to be surly and unfriendly.
