"The hotel is good the problem is Expedia, charge me two continental breakfast but don’t show up in the billing and I need payed again in the hotel!!! "

"The place has a perfect location, is clean, but I think the rooms are a little uncomfortable, is a good option more because of the price :) "

"The only problem was that there was no elevator and the spiral staircase was not a fun to climb with heavy luggages. Other than that, everything was good. No ac but they provided a powerful fan. Some lockers were not working properly. Toilet slightly smells but overall fairly clean. Staff friendly. Some of us arrived outside of reception time (arrived between noon and 1pm) but the staff still opened front door for us to leave our luggage. The kitchen is nice and clean."

"《良かったところ》 ・スタッフさん達はとても優しく、こちらのニーズを汲み取ろうとしてくれた。 ・部屋が広く、清潔だった。 ・キッチンがきちんと掃除されており、清潔で広いリビングもあった。 ・暖房機器がしっかり用意されていた。 《悪かったところ》 ・特になし。ただ、暖房をつけると二段ベッドの上はかなり暑かったのでそれを加味した暖房をつけるよう、お気をつけください。 《アドバイス》 ・リールという街自体がそうですが、英語が伝わりづらいです。私たちはスタッフさんに話す時は、フランス語で話すか、グーグル翻訳を用意していました。 ・ホステル周辺は暗いですが、治安はよい街でした。(リールに住んでいた友人が治安の良い道を選んでくれていたこともあるかもしれません) 《結論》 とても良いホステルでした。またリールに来ることがあればぜひ再訪したいです。"
