"No slippers or tooth brush in the room. Forgot to bring my toothbrush so called the front desk and room service. No one picked up the phone for the room service department. The front desk asked to go down and tiger the toothbrush themselves. There isn’t any vent fan in the bathroom. When I left for a while and come back , the room smells humid and bad. Three stars hotels I stayed at were better than this one."

"It was a very nice location! Being attached to The Source mall, you can conveniently walk out of the hotel and go get coffee in the morning as early as 7:00 am in one of the stores . The pool is heated (no jacuzzi) and the gym makes use of good space and equipment. The rooms have a fridge so you can bring home many of the pastries you can buy at the mall. I would definitely consider staying again!"
