"Will stay there again"

"The location was great and let us get to our cruise the next day with no problem. I liked the room and the complimentary water and tea in the lobby. Lobby bar was nice although always busy, but that can be a plus depending on how you’re feeling. It’s a short drive to the waterfront area and aquarium. We went to grab breakfast next door at Bites, which was lovely. Would recommend for a clean and fun spot to chill before your cruise! "

"For staff and service I would of given terrible because Steven at valet/concierge stood there and watched me put all my bags/luggage on the cart and when I was finished he asked me “is there anything else in the car” I said “no I got it all now” he said “ok good”! He just wasn’t very customer service friendly,seems arrogant!
