Long queue 45 minutes in a queue for evening meals what evertime you went female bar staff very rude all tables in the ballroom had table cloths and coats on chairs had to stand in the gang way to see entertainment so ended up in bar karaoke l think that should be 👎 no saving some two tables .

Poor fitting bed sheets, pillows No heating, sorry no heating but what can you say , Maybe Cheap and cheerful. Serve your self , join the queue or wait for a while.Food was acceptable “no frills “ Will return and probably try an upgrade, Not too expensive. Thanks for asking

Just returned from weekend bedroom window latch was broken but quickly resolved reported lot of mould in shower cubicle which I cleaned a lot of myself the shower drain was absolutely filthy with soap sum hair etc spoke to housekeeper manager was told only had 25 mins per chalet I said it should be deep cleaned on regular basis to be told it's only done once a year which I find totally unacceptable considering the amount of people staying mould etc is a health hazard especially for people with chest problems have photos of shower if required

Unfortunately we had noisy neighbors who were party ing till 3 am,so we went to reception,who said they sorry can't help.at 4 pm. We arrived back at the chalet to a noisy party.the manager put us in a different chalet.where the chalet needed cleaning, I clean the chalet myself.

Good value for money and good evening entertainment. Food was ok with choices of main meals. Desserts could have been more varied as had the same choices every evening. Some chalets still need updating but a program of refurbishment is underway.

No hair dryer in room had to hire one for £20 but got money back on return no complimentary tea coffee had to sort that out in all very basic but doable

Amazing value and so much to do. Food was plentiful, pleasant and of a canteen standard. Bluecoats and other staff very pleasant and helpful. Accommodation basic but comfortable enough and very quiet. Entertainment was amazing. Afternoons and evenings with lots of choice for different events. A great break if you embrace what is on offer. No children allowed so very different atmosphere. Only negative point was cleaner coming into our room 20 minutes before check out time on last day.

It was somewhere to put our heads for the night, the site all needs to be up dated and staff need to be re trained, I work in this trade and this was appalling
