The Staff were all excellent and friendly very caring and always there for you.The lounge needs updating wallpaper.and 2 toilets is not enough for the amount of people when busy.no disabled toilet i was asked a couple staying there.Thank you for a lovely time.see you next year. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was also good, the evening entertainment was enjoyable, the bed was comfortable with nice sheets, the towels were fresh, however the shower was dirty, with hair in the plug trap, there was black mound underneath a bottle of liquid soap, the toilet cistern, was thick with dust, you could not drink the water, the property needs updating, the lift is very old and makes a horrendous noise when moving between floors, and keeps you awake at night.

No sleep due to noise. Breakfast waited 10 minutes for it to be restocked after asking 3 times. They brought cold bake beans. Rooms extremely small. You could sit on the loo and rest your feet in the shower. Extremely dated didn't dare shower

This is very much a pay for what you get place - it is dated but very clean, the bar service / reception etc was friendly and helpful - as we didnt eat here I cant comment on the food other than the restaurant looked very clean and the breakfast looked nice from what we saw just walking through. This is a lively part of town in a place which attracts loud groups so expect noise right through the night as people come back in from a night out. We stopped for a cheap weekend break as a couple to watch the beach race and we would stop there again at that price point but note the above.

Their was the offer of cleaning our room daily which we asked not to be included with, but was ignored and housekeeping tried 3 times to enter our room once when sleeping which disturb me and I couldn’t go back to sleep, so I then decided to have a shower which then I was caught in a compromising situation. I was very upset😱😰. I went for breakfast leaving my partner in bed as he had caught sunstroke and felt violated and unable to have any privacy. 😡😡😡

Airshow stay.

Overall was good, hotel is a bit dated and could do with a face-lift, room was comfy and spacious but Bathroom was tiny and shower wasn't very good. Service was good and food was excellent. Would stay again.

Good evening entertainment No evening meal in thr restaurant just a limited bbq Breakfast lovely No shower pressure. Sink taps didn't work Couldn't call lifts as other people left the doors open

The property is very old and run down- but it was clean. Very noisy bar downstairs, and thin walls between rooms. However- very clean and the breakfast was excellent quality

El trato del personal buenísimo, somos españoles y nos ayudaron bastante porque no dominamos el inglés. Es un hotel con sus años pero bien acomodado

In need of an upgrade badly

Really needs upgrading, carpets look so old and worn we had a double bedroom could just about get around the bed, couldn't move in bathroom, the bed was very comfy, breakfast very good, wouldn't stay again

Hotel from hell dirty out dated rude staff would never stay again and would recommend nobody to stay till brought up to date shower left running for 17 hours and them to have a look manager put the phone down on me broken glass left

Weekend away at Seaward Hotel

Stayed for the weekend at this hotel.On the plus side it is in a good location with beach across the road and parking nearby at £6 day.Good entertainment on Saturday night with a capable female singer,and Sunday lunchtime there was a reasonably priced carvary.On the down side hotel in need of refurbishment as furnishings very dated.This area has lots of local restaurant type pubs and a nice beach especially if you have children as there is donkey rides on the beach and a small funfair.Overall had a reasonable stay .

Enjoyed stay

The hotel is about what you'd expect from a budget hotel. Basic but somewhere to put your head down for a reasonable price. Downside is the parking is around the back and is not the hotels private parking so there is a charge. The breakfast however was brilliant, tasted good, was all hot and well cooked. Enjoyed the stay ovetall.

Terrible

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel,the first time we had a nice room at the front of the hotel overlooking the sea.This time we were put in a poky little room at the back,there wasnt room to swing a cat in it.Seemed like a single room with a double bed in it.Mattress terrible,bed and floor boards creeked.Toilet floor was so slippery it was lethal.Fire doors on upside down and the hotel would never have passed health and safety.We could not believe our eyes when we went to the bar for Saturday evening entertainment.There were people in there with their nighties,pyjamas,dressing gowns and slippers on and they were being served drinks.We will never stay there again.Disgusted.
