"We stayed three nights and found the hotel clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful, particularly the restaurant staff who were excellent. Breakfast had a good selection as did the restaurant in the evenings."

"The staff from checking in to checking out were very friendly and helpful. The room we had was a nice size , as with all this type of hotel there is not enough draw space other than that it was more than adequate. Besides breakfast we ate in the restaurant twice , the food was nice cooked and tasty. The price was very good. The only complaint I had was having to pay for the car park because I booked through Expedia and welcome break.com"

"Good hotel, meal was nice, handy having a small shop where you can purchase drinks and snacks for the room. The bedroom was a decent size, and the bed was comfortable. Evening meal and breakfast was to a good standard. Was plenty of choice at breakfast. Overall it was a nice stay my only gripe would be having to hang around for a while trying to obtain a parking space, and even at that I ended up with a fair walk to the hotel. Hotel only parking would be a major plus for this location."

"We would highly recommend this hotel. We found it ideally located for visiting friends & family in Amersham & West London. Lovely spacious room. Comfortable large bed. All linens & areas were clean & pleasant. As with any venue thae staff can make it break an experience. The Bull has no problems in this department. Every member of staff we met was professional but friendly & happy to help. Especial mention has to be made for Becca (unfortunately not 100% sure of her name) who served us on Thursday (24th) evening. Absolute credit to the hotel. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of hot & cold options. The hot food was replaced frequently & so didn't suffer from being on the hot plates. The only real criticism was with the breakfast experience, the juice dispenser. It was obviously a concentrate & diluted by the machine. For us this didn't work & the taste of the juices wasn't very nice. The bar was very good. Wide selection of drinks & a relaxing area. Excellent cosmopolitan! Apart from the juice issue we highly rate this hotel & would definitely stay there again."

"Couldn’t fault the room I stayed in , however a family member also stayed and she didn’t have a/c in her room and was given a fan , apparently not all the rooms have a/c. On check out , there was only one man on reception and it took 40 mins to check out. My refund still hasn’t gone back onto my card for the £50 holding fee, waiting 2 weeks after. Bar staff were very slow and didn’t seem to know what was going on and also ran out of paper in the machine multiple times which caused further delays."

Everything was well managed, and she made us feel comfortable and welcome\. We truly appreciated her outstanding service and would highly recommend her."
