We were greeted by someone on the phone on the couch and when we got up to our tiny room, there was a missing TV. We went downstairs to talk to the receptionist, who was on the couch and on her phone again. She gave us a different room to try, but the bathroom was missing the shower towels and the water pressure was awful. Also, the new room had no carpet. In...

The speakeasy was totally fun, but I would raise the rate of the room a smidge and offer the customer their first beer, wine or cocktail for free. People love that. "

There's no shower, there's no bureau, no place to put your clothes.
