"Check in was nice and easy.
The bed was very comfortable and had the best nights sleep.
The A/C was pretty noisy but could not fault the room/hotel.
The breakfast was cooked to order and would have been $32 for what we ordered but had pre booked and cost us just $9.26 for two people.
Next-door to shopping complex and restaurants would definitely recommend."

"Roof top pool was closed for a private event. Hotel hosting FIFA party, road closed in front of the hotel and valet was like two blocks away. Needless to say, this is not what I signed up for. Requested to cancel my reservation after check in due to these things not being disclosed at booking. Hotel refused. Would not even cancel for the second day. Charged me $180 for valet to park my car and then pull it back up for me to leave.

"Clogged sink, clogged shower tub and room air conditioner not working properly. Carpet look old, honestly they need to renovate whole building . I booked this Hotel through Expedia and paid in full for the month of Jan. 2026. But when I check in to the Hotel, that was month of May, one of the front desk customer service put me on standby list # 20. Wow what a service? He doesn’t know his job.
Lucky a supervisor helped me to straighten the problem."

"If the elevator break the only way to get down is to go down the stairs. If you stay request a room from 5th floor on down. We were on the 16th floor so do the math. The stairs were slippery from the condensation. I asked for a handicap room because I had my dad who is disabled due to a stroke. It took me 45 minutes to walk him down, luggage, and a toddler."

"We stayed here overnight prior to embarking on our first cruise. Everything about our stay was effortless. We got in pretty late and the gal at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She even helped us arrange for affordable transport to the cruise port for the next morning. The room was extremely clean and the bed was really comfortable. "Prices are cheap. Checkin/out was easy. The lobby is the only clean area in the hotel. The hallways, elevator and rooms smell. The room is a nice size. But was very dirty. The bathroom had hair and scum everywhere. The whole room gave me the ick. The air and heat worked fine. The pool are was ok. The food at the connected restaurant was good.
