"The hotel deserves better marketing and advertisement, the pictures did not do the space justice, we want to come back and stay a week but bring board games / puzzles and groceries, the 3 bedroom suite was lovely enough to spend time in. We love a vacation where we can enjoy the space we are staying, the floor to window ceilings with 360 views of the mountains were better than any cabin could have provided. Exceeded all expectations. Every staff member was wonderfully helpful and kind....

My flight was delayed and I knew I'd arrive after 4 AM. Starting around 11 PM the night before, I called the hotel directly at least a dozen times to give them a heads-up no answer, not once. I then called Expedia, who also tried reaching the property and got the same silence. Expedia's own system showed the front desk closes at 3 AM, meaning no one would even be there to check me in.
