"Convenient location. "

"We came in on a Holland America cruise. Phil met us at the door to take our luggage and was very kind and welcoming. We were very early for check in and Will at check in was so helpful in giving us great places to eat. He gave us an estimated time our room would be ready and was spot on. Again, great experience. Hotel was clean an s comfortable. Only issue was the elevators were a long wait and we used the stairs more than we would have liked. Room was very comfortable and bed was excellent....

"Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Room was massive. There was a note on file that I was celebrating my birthday. Would’ve been nice to be offered an upgrade or even a mention of a happy birthday."

"Only had one issues which we told the lady at the front desk. In room coffee maker seemed to be broken. We added water to back put coffee bag into slot, turned on. When it fired up the coffee maker started heating up water and never brewed the coffee but continued to spit and boil and nothing happened. We were concerned it would over heat and cause a fire. No shut off so we unplugged the coffee maker. We got our coffee from breakfast so we were fine. This could happen to anyone or any machine....

"Great little gem of a hotel centrally located downtown. They offer free bike rentals which we used to bike around Stanley park and area (ask for the bike lane map at the front desk). Rooms are comfortable and the central area is fun to hang out by the fire and heat lamps under the palm trees, especially with the free mocktails offered at happy hour. Unique and quaint place, with very helpful staff, recommend! "
