Expedia lists this property as dog friendly, but the property fails to follow through on providing a dog friendly room. We were eventually provided the Jacuzzi room we initially booked a month in advance that INCLUDED notes from us stating we were bringing our two small pets - if you were looking to book with your pet, you should be informed that it is NOT pet friendly and they will make it abundantly known how it isn’t and how inconvenient you are. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfy, but the room smelled horrible. It had just been carpet cleaned so it could have stirred up some underlying older scents but it smelled musky and like somebody had been smoking in it for 10 years. The complementary breakfast consists of some cereal, a broken pancake machine, coffee and juice.

Good breakfast and nice pool. Some long term tenants in the hotel are quite noisy and disruptive. The locking mechanism and latching on the hotel doors are very noisy so you hear them as people come and go.

We were so happy with the helpful staff. The front desk was informative and helpful. It was a nice stay and the pool was awesome! My kids loved the pool, hot tub and slide!

The fellow that checked us in let us check in early, was super friendly and told us about everything we needed to know. Very nice and well versed! This is our second stay here - it will be our main choice!

Attendant was very friendly. A lot of things in the room showed signs of wear. Stains in the tub. Temperature in the pool room was a bit too cold. But the main reason why the night was pretty terrible wasn't the property's fault: the people on the floor above were super loud all night and made it very hard for us to get to sleep.

Found empty liquor bottle in the sheets at the foot of the bed. Room was advertised as queen, but was in fact a twin. Breakfast is not served hot but needs to be microwaved. Many homeless or sketchy people in the area, while not the hotels fault, be aware.

The stay was nice, the breakfast was not great but okay. The microwave your own food is not great. a lot of carb options. Staff is super friendly and recommendations of food services around town were amazing and appreciated.

My family and I were in the area for a family service. The rooms are fine I can't complain. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The area is sketchy but it's like that everywhere now days, as long as you stay alert and are aware of your surroundings you're fine!

Been coming here for a few years now to visit family. Never had an issue prior years with the staff except for this stay. The old lady at the front was an absolute nightmare & rude. She gave attitude as soon as I checked in (leave home at home maybe?) & tossed my debit card at me. When I asked for a receipt for my deposit, she threw a temper tantrum. I never ever in my life witnessed an old lady act like that. Very embarrassing on her part. Maintenance staff & housekeeping were awesome. Upon check out, the other gentleman that checked me out was so amazing & made it a breeze. Other than that weird experience, hotel is average (slightly out dated/wifi a bit slow) but pool was good. Breakfast was good & we got free chocolate!

A delightful stay with family. Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast ok but would prefer more freshly cooked options. Also drinking water at breakfast buffet in addition to the variety of juices. The cookie on arrival was a nice touch.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The latch style lock on the room to the outdoors was cracked and breaking which was really concerning. The front desk lady at check in seemed annoyed to be checking someone in at 5:30pm.

When we arrived, we realized we were in a separate building from the pool… the awesome lady who checked us in, checked the main building, found a room and moved us. Eazy peezy. She was awesome!!

As usual, Siding 16 was a very good place to stay. The staff are friendly, the check-in and check-out very efficient. The room was good. The breakfast remarkably good for a small town hotel. We didn't get to the water slide this trip. But it does not disappoint.
