"Very friendly hotel and extremely accommodating. They allowed me early check-in and late check-out, which made a big difference. Excellent value for money, and there was no language barrier at all as all staff spoke English not polish. It’s a great option for families. I stayed for 3 nights and had a really comfortable experience. "Hotel staff is always welcoming and helpful and beds are super comfy. Hotel is located in a very convenient area when visiting areas around Wirral and a nice stop when travelling further south and free parking on site. "
