"Paid over USD 450 for a night which is equivalent to the quality and standard for Quality Inn which cost USD 110 a night. The room and bed is so so and not comfortable. Very thin mattress and pillows. Hard to sleep. Do not book this Hyatt Regency if you donāt need to stay in the Chinatown area. I do not recommend this hotel. I give it a two stars."

"Parking was fine and the room was nice. The man at check in was very rude by asking multiple questions after i asked him one and wouldn't answer me until i answered him. Then they added charges after i left and when called to ask why they said they didnt see the charge on their end. "

"I stayed at the Element Boston Seaport and would rate it a "B-" overall.
The highlights were the spacious room, which felt more like a one-bedroom apartment, a very comfortable bed with extra pillows, and a thoughtful daily snack credit worth about $15. The gym was also better than expected for a smaller hotel.
The downsides were several maintenance issues: the pool was closed, the massage chair was out of service, and the shower door handle needed repair. I also experienced confusion with...
