"This hotel was in a very unsavory part of the city. There were junkies surrounding the hotel (I could guess 5-10 within a block at any given time). The front desk assured me a two block walk to the quick mart was safe but on my way I experienced several homeless aggressive experiences. Walking in the middle of the busy road, screaming at each other, etc. but then when I got to the quick mart the doors were locked. You could only purchase items from a window. When we got to Boston and and called for the shuttle they said they do not provide an airport shuttle and we have to take a cab or uber. Everything else with this hotel (room, staff, food) was fine. But the false advertising made us make a false choice."
