"The room was great (studio suite) with a great view of the city. Beds were very comfortable, property was well kept and very clean. I really appreciate the fast elevators as well (it's the small things!). Staff were very friendly and welcoming and had a room ready even before checkin. Lobby area was a great place to just relax for a little bit. Being right in the middle of the city made everything we wanted to do within a decent walking distance and if needed public transportation was easily accessible. It was very family friendly and the housekeeping was exceptional. My only drawback was that the doors into the room weren't as quiet as everything else, so you could here the minimal action in the hall of other guests going in and out of their rooms. But perfectly quiet through the walls and ceiling, so didn't effect the stay at all. I would definitely reccommend for families staying in Boston wanting to do activities downtown."
