"The hotel was very clean but the bathroom is small."

"The room was clean but the use of a high fragrance cleaner gave us a headache. Thankfully we were able to air it out a little. We never came in contact with staff. The property was well maintained for being beach side and the rooms being newly renovated was pleasant. For the price and what we got it was very fair."

"Very easy to check in room was ready when we got there. Rooms were clean. Staff was polite easy access to the beach and we also like that. We were only there for three days and we got a short term rental for that instead of having to book the whole week, we just wanted a long weekend we would recommend the sea ranch resort to anyone. We had a great time."

"We had a wheelchair to get to the second floor and it was more than difficult to take elevator since there was a step up to get there. If it were not for a fellow guest helping us up the step we would not have gotten onto the room. The step was unnecessary and short ramp would have been appropriate. People working there were very helpful - especially Leroy! "

"I stayed here in the early 1980s, when I was in my early teens. It has been upgraded since then, but still provided that wonderful nostalgic feeling I had when I first visited the Outer Banks! I wanted my kids to experience this as well, so we booked a room for several days. We stayed in a courtyard room, which was still very quiet and comfortable, despite being next to the entrance drive. Unlike most beach motels, parking was NEVER an issue! We always had a spot close to the room. The room...

"Very cute hotel. The beach is only a couple minute walk but you do cross a little road and go up some stairs so plan accordingly if you do plan to bring a wagon. Overall great experience."
