"Our room.seemed to be all new and we loved how there was a separate living room and bedroom with privacy doors. We had a beautiful view of the bay too from the second floor and we loved being on the sunset side of OC:)"

"Nice shower and comfortable bed. Refrigerator door looks terrible and lights in front area not bright enough for reading. Found a small ant in the bedding in master bedroom and quilt had stains in it. Traded it with one from the other bedroom. Grounds were well kept. Price was fair."

"Due to major storm we had to leave the property 3 days early. The town of ocean beach was flooded. The lady at the front desk said she wouldn't stay. We were told to have Expedia reach out to them and they would issue a refund for the unused days. Expedia tried to reach the property for 3 days with no answer to phone calls or emails. We also tried to contact the property with no answer."
