She was consistently exceptional - warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She remembered small details, checked in proactively, and made each morning feel welcoming. "Fabulous hotel and absolutely perfect for us including for my son who is a wheelchair user. Great having room on the ground floor and plenty of space for him to manoeuvre including at breakfast time. Staff gave 11O% offering help by bringing items to our table at breakfast as I was helping my son. Disabled parking right next to the entrance. Perfect quiet location just a short drive from Oxford centre. Will definitely return and thanks to an amazing team who are so attentive and friendly."

"Car parking extremely limited and tight spaces. Plus it’s in the congestion charging zone which should have been highlighted. Staff didn’t stow bags securely before check in. Nice rooms, clean and good amenities."
