"Room was very nice"

"Love this hotel. Theres a pool, 2 hot tubs, rain Forest shower, and steam room showers. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and smelled really good. The entire hotel was nice and clean. And the staff was excellent. And very friendly and helpful. And we took the free shuttle to the casino. Totally recommend booking with this hotel. Only complaint was the bed was a lil hard but not terrible. 5/5"

"Llder property under renewal. Breakfast was average - not bad at all - just average - dealing with trying to put off with renovations, lack of staff, reduced amenities - -- sure didn't get what i paid for nor what I expected from the pictures and descriptions."

"Had trouble with our door keys working properly. Staff replaced them but still had glitch. Maybe handle mechanism is the issue. Otherwise, nice stay. Safe and convenient."

"The hotel is a good one - very convenient for me as I visit St. Clairsville fairly often. The property is clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet is fine and has decent coffee (important for me). Parking is plentiful and it’s so close to local restaurants. The only reason I don’t t give it 5 stars is because of the road noise - not terrible but you can hear it at night. Didn’t keep me from sleeping though. Overall good place to stay."

"They were renovating, so parking was horrible. There must have been a baseball & basketball tournament because lots of kids running up and down the halls late at night, sounded like basketballs dribbling on the floor. Young kids running unsupervised. Even sounded like the renovation crew was on floor above us working past 9:30 p.m. Hard to rest."

"Clean room, helpful staff, basic room with no frills but comfortable and felt safe in the area. Breakfast was waffles and cereal , coffee and orange juice but fresh and plentiful. Good value"

"Changed our room with out calling us. Asssumed we needed one bed when reserved a 2 bed room."

"Room appeared clean, but trash from previous occupants was found under the bed. No cooling mirror. Window blinds were broken and did not go up past 12 inches from the bottom. The room was dark even with the lights on in the bathroom had a dim light so no place good to put makeup on. Light switch is outside the bathroom so if you’re sleeping at night and you’re not the only one in the room, you have to turn the light on and open the door to the bathroom and it floods the room with light. "The room was very clean and the staff so very helpful! The TV worked very well, the parking is so practical, very easy access near to the main road. Tons of shops super nearby. Will definitely be back!"
