"Poor communication about the breakfast credit which meant we ended up paying for extra dishes, which we would not have ordered. Also room wasn't serviced on the first day and we had to request housekeeping on the second hotel. Not up to a one Michelin key standard."

"Had to call the front desk 4x to have the kids above us to stop jumping and running. We suggested moving us after the 3rd call and we were told no. The place was no where near as nice as the other legends buildings. We will not ever return to this property"
