"Room "looked" clean, but I saw 2 cockroaches as soon as I turned on the bathroom light. Then, there was another one when I pulled back the bed covers under the covers. Then later on I saw 2 more crawling up the wall behind the TV. They definitely need to bomb for them. Chair smelled like dog. Probably need to shampoo both the rug and the chair. Breakfast was good tho. And it was cheap. But I won't be back. "

"When looking for a place to stay in Asheville, we were looking for a place close to downtown, hiking, and Biltmore but also had a kitchenette. This was PERFECT. Beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was bigger than we thought (perfect for extended stays). Mountain View is….a bit of a reach (yes there are mountains in the back but there’s a lot between the hotel and the mountains). Honestly, we weren’t there for the views from the hotel so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall 10/10 would recommend...

"Hotel is under renovation so area on main floor is being used for storage of doors. Room was average. Was not able to sleep as other guest was knocking loudly for a lengthy period next door. All pillows were soft and we were not able to get comfortable after attempting to switch out pillows. Suggest having variety of soft, medium and firm. Room was clean. "
