"This hotel has a huge laundry with 6 washing machines and 8 dryers (from memory). The staff are very nice too. The room was clean, especially having laminate boards. However, a few issues upset our stay...the bed squeaked and moved every time one of us rolled which I'm sure the guests below could hear. The AC kept turning on and off and was really loud. The hotel overall isn't quiet so best bring earplugs. Also the blinds need a blackout option as they let too much light in."

"The pool area was very clean and nice. Fitness area was clean and nice. Many of the security cameras, especially in back or destroyed and/or not working. The back door to the facility did not lock and no key was required for entry. The restaurant and bar on the property was beautiful but not really utilized. Bar menu only consisted of only fried pub foods. Maybe 10 or 12 items. Fried shrimp, fries, mozzarella sticks, ect. The bar had no draft beers, only bottles at $6.50 a bottle, well...

"I am normally not one to complain about anything however, the hallways and room at this hotel smell like mold and smoke. When we walked into the lobby upon arrival a guest was allowing her dog to urinate on the lobby carpet in front of the front desk rep and nothing was said to the guest. Carpet was never cleaned. Our TV had hardly any service during our stay, Maintenance came up once to fix it and the issue kept occurring. Our room key card had to be reset at least twice a day during our stay...

"The best part of this hotel is that it is close to Wegmans, Route 22, and a short drive to Bethlehem. I booked a kitchen suite only to find that the cupboards were completely empty and you have to request dishes, cookware, and flatware. Once I requested it, it was delivered (minus the flatware) in a plastic bin. The hotel was quiet, the bed was comfortable, but the TVs are old and do not have streaming. It was not possible to go for a run or walk from the hotel-- I had to weave through several...

"First time at this hotel chain. It was great. Clean and spacious"

"Checking in was fast. Staff were professional and pleasant. Clean overall. However our room had a broken curtain rod and the curtain was stained. Air conditioner was very loud making it difficult to sleep throughout the night. I believe this property is non-smoking, but there were people outside the main entrance smoking. We had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter a non-smoking building….I didn’t appreciate that as a non-smoker. No breakfast at this motel."

"First, I want to mention that the front desk employee was extremely helpful and pleasant. When I initially checked into the room, I was very satisfied. The room appeared clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were fresh and clean. Unfortunately, the next morning I experienced a few issues.
