"We have four children(14,8,4,2) ... We have waited until NOW to attempt a hotel stay with our two youngest. This weekend went very smoothly thanks to the awesome and accommodating staff ! The breakfast was awesome , so much more than we expected .All of the amenities kept us ALL occupied during an unexpected snowy weekend with not much to do . Very thankful and we will be returning again soon"

"The room, at a glance appeared clean. But, Someone (property manager) should visit each room and check the cleaning. The baseboard tops in our bathroom and the floor corners are dirty. (room 404). The carpet vacuuming should be checked at the points were the carpet meets the walls and bed. A nozzle should be used. The bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable. Counter tops were clean. Breakfast was good and the woman working the kitchen/dining room was excellent. The shampoo dispenser...

"This is one of my go to places in Gorham. It’s clean, modern, and reasonably priced. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and only a short drive to Mt Washington, skiing, and hiking."
