"A great resort for family trip, close to loon ski resort."

"We booked 6 months in advance and called to request a balcony room as I learned via reviews even though pictured with a balcony they do not all have them. It was put in their notes and I was told to call again two weeks before checking in to be sure it was all set. I did and was told we had a balcony room, then when we checked in that was not the case and was told no one should have ever told us we were guaranteed a balcony. All in all the room was nice, but you can hear people above you walking...

"Plenty of towels and bedding. The two pools and multiple hot tubs, and sauna provided great after skiing entertainment. The shuttle didn't run for NH vacation week but it's an easy drive across street to mountain. The staff stayed on top of plowing and shoveling. The electric heat is a little erratic in the unit with the loft sometimes feeling like summer. Front desk is well staffed and ready to assist. "

"We go to Waterville Valley and Stay at the Black Bear Lodge for almost 17 years, the Property is always family friendly and the staffs is a very polide and kind. We highly recommend."

"This is a secret Hidaway. Don't judge a book by its cover. Very cozy, roomy cottage. We were a family of 4 and there was more than enough room. Communication was amazing and is what made our stay easy! Perfect distance to Mount Sunapee. "

"The house was at a great location. It had plenty of bedrooms to choose from for the 6 of us. Plenty of space to lounge around. It also had a large kitchen table for the 6 of us to sit around to eat and play games."

"Pictures do not clearly represent property. Very run down outside. Steep stairs everywhere so difficult to navigate. Only 1 full bath in basement. Some beds without pillows. "
