"We ended up here because we hated our original hotel so much. Charlie at the front desk was so kind and was able to get us quickly checked in (and early!!) so we could go back to exploring the city. Our room was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view."

"Overall this was a nice place to sleep while visiting Pittsburgh. The only complaints would be is that the room was on the small side. It was tough to move around in the room when others were also doing the same. The other comment would be is that self-serve laundry would have been helpful."
