"Fantastic location!!!! Was so close to our broadway shows, Times Square, 30 rock, and more. The lobby is beautiful. The room was alright. The walls had some strange spots on it. The shower and bathroom are small. Shower had shampoo but no conditioner. The bathroom floors get very wet when showering. We tried to contact the front desk to ask about something, and it wouldn’t connect. I wish there were two bedside tables, there was only one."

"The heat in the room stopped working in the night. The front desk were eventually able to send someone up. It worked for a short time before shutting down again. I was freezing and got very little sleep. I wasn't able to be productive at the business trade show that I was in town for. I checked out early and headed home. A pretty wasted trip.
