"This is an old building. It reminds me of the one that the homeless people stay in in downtown Portland. Apparently, if you use the toilet paper in your room, they charge you an amenity fee. Lots of stairs. There are lots of other places to stay."

"I love this BWP! Every things were excellent. I booked the river view room upstairs. It was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The view was worth the money. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and enjoyable. John and staff were very friendly and sweet. Breakfast was next door in a family restaurant with delicious warmed good and stunning views. Although there was a railroad behind the property, but the noise did not bother us. My friend and I stayed again at the resort after we returned from Eugene for another night. FYI, there was also a delicious fish restaurant nearby."

"This place was amazing. Beautiful room, beautiful view beautiful grounds. Pet friendly. The staff were lovely to my family and dogs. We would definitely stay here again and I probably will next time I am passing through. "

"Comfortable motel with rooms a bit dated. Nice hot tub though on a windy day it collected small leaves. Lobby had free coffee and cookies. Restaurant had good food, big servings, and free cinnamon roll bites at breakfast. Room came with 20% discount on breakfast. It’s just off the interstate, so quite a few truckers and laborers. Unpretentious."

"I didn't bring this to staff attention. I think the housekeeper must have been called away from cleaning my room because the garbage bag was on the TV stand with the extra roll of bags setting beside it and the clean towels sitting on the counter in the bathroom. Otherwise, this is a quiet, great place!"
