"I loved my stay a the lodge in cloudcroft, it was awesome. Friendly and helpful staff, Clean rooms and bathrooms and alot to look at and explore. The restaurant unfortunately was not within my budget so we had to pickup dinner, but the complementary breakfast was good. In all my stay was well worth it and I look forward to staying at the lodge in the future."

"Our room was filthy example black hair in sink & tub toilet was the same / floors were gritty & dirty. Their was no internet / no tv as advertised & the breakfast had a jug of orange juice with thick mould on top & pastries that were extremely outdated...when questioned the proprietor was extremely rude.BUT the beds were clean which was a bonus..we were long distance traveling & should have viewed the room but it was late at nite & we were exhausted. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone."
