"I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made my experience enjoyable overall. The only downside was the check-in process. I was traveling from Baton Rouge and reached out ahead of time to see if an early check-in could be accommodated, but no one ever called me back or kept me updated. Even if the answer was no, I would have appreciated the communication. I understand this is a busy tourist area with many guests checking in, but keeping customers informed goes a long way. My other concern was the valet service during the late-night hours. Around 3:00–4:00 a.m., the wait for my car was longer than expected, and I even had to look around to find a valet to assist me. If valet service is advertised as being available 24 hours, there should always be someone attentive and available to help. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider returning. I just hope these areas can be improved to make the experience even better for future guests."
