Hello Marcel, Our property offers a casting solution for television which we inform all our guests via confirmation letter. We ask that you come with your user name and access to your home television provider so that we can assist if you don't already have an application downloaded on your smart phone. There are many free with ads and paid service providers beyond Netflix. It is my understanding that you refused to download any apps on your phone. We have operated for many years without house phones but answer our inn phone at all hours in case of emergency. We provide complimentary coffee in the lobby but we don't provide the mini coffee makers in the room. If coffee is not available in the lobby, guests just make the request and we are happy to brew fresh. We wish you all the best.
