"The room was clean and the hotel was nice. The shower faucet valve wouldn’t go up and down so you couldn’t make it come out of the bath spout. It would only come out of the shower. Not a big deal but noticeable. The water pressure was also very good almost too much and no way to decrease it. Breakfast was fine. Waffles, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, and then cereals and bread type foods."

"Loved that they had bacon for breakfast! Most free breakfasts offer some kind of mystery sausage. One negative about breakfast: They had only bran muffins. They must have excellent plumbing! Another positive: normal-size pillows. I hate how so many hotels now have little square pillows that aren't comfortable at all. One negative about the room: The toilet seat didn't stay up, so I had to hold onto it every time I went pee. Designed by a woman, perhaps? In general, though, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was good, too. There was another guest who had a dog that was barking its head off when we first arrived. The front desk clerk offered to move us if it continued. We didn't hear the dog again until we were checking out, so it wasn't an issue."

"It was a good stay, no breakfast served, no staff at desk in the morning, room was clean and fairly quiet. Would stay again as IHOP is just down the street."

White's City Cavern Inn

"Decent place to stay. Quite close to the caverns if you're going there. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The "continental breakfast" leaves a bit to be desired. Mini muffins, various fruit and the plastic cereal tubs from the variety pack, OJ and milk. Sparse but puts something in your belly. The pool is probably one of the biggest attractions with a pirate ship for those adventurous types. If/ when the water slides are working that would be a big plus."
