"I rented the room for 3 days. I left after the first night.The night manager was so rude. And had absolutely no compassion. He was going to charge me $15.A night just to visit with my friends from out of town that I had rented the room for."

"Breakfast was great even though my husband and I don’t eat pork!!! The parking was terrible!!!! Not enough parking for the business!!!! But the room was clean and updated!!!! Wasn’t a bad stay!!! Guess we went on the wrong weekend because the parking made us park on the side of the curb between another business!!!"

"What a great place to stay when you have an early morning flight out of Nashville. Excellent and comfortable facility with a very helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again."

"It was a nice clean hotel. Unfortunately they were struggling to get keys to work in some doors. 6 tries to get us into a room which included 4 trips up and down from the second floor. Then sent me to a room that had other guests…luckily the key didn’t work again. Finally had to try 2 rooms on the first floor, which ok…it’s now been a half hour and we’re finally in a room. Then at 2:30 AM they send other guests to check into our room because they failed to update their system to reflect the room...

The warffle house across the stress is where to go! The hotel is amazing and location is right across from the mall! "

"Staff is only there for daytime hours and it’s only housekeeping staff. This property is self access via a key code. It was helpful to have a water bottle filling machine and snack vending machine in the lobby. There is a nice courtyard and accessible parking. There’s a grocery store very close by within walking distance and the rooms have refrigerators and microwaves and cooking utensils."
