Hotel Best Western di Whitestone

"It feels like a motel not the a hotel. Rooms were clean. Front desk guy was not very welcoming but he did the job by checking me in. Overall the hotel is not high class, I’d say it’s 3/5 motel."

"Checked in at 3pm, was told by the front staff that our room is not ready and will need another 20 min. So we stepped out to have dinner , and came back at 8pm, room still not ready.
