"Nothing to dislike. Super clean. Staff were great. We didn’t use the indoor HEATED pool or hot tub but area was very clean. Location was very walkable to great restaurants (Tuscan!) and independent coffee shops like Porch and Inspired. This trip we had chilly weather so we really enjoyed the electric fireplace in the room. This is our go-to Lake Geneva hotel."

"We booked a couple rooms during a family celebration. The hotel is newer (I had to look it up 2019) but is being kept in great condition (I'd have sworn it was only a couple years old). The bathrooms always show the wear first and even they still looked nice. The staff were very kind and helpful. They were even able to accommodate a very last minute request for a meeting room so our family (staying in multiple places) could gather in one spot more comfortably. Shout out to both Nathan and Jeff for their help there. Actually Nathan was so helpful and kind throughout our stay that I truly hope someone actually reads this review and acknowledges him. The breakfast changed a bit each day and we thought was overall quite good as far as hotel breakfasts go. We loved the 24x7 access to their coffee machine. The only thing I think they're lacking is a hot tub and of course you always want a bigger indoor pool. I was worried being so close to the freeway it'd be noisy but it was not. For the area and the price, you can't beat this hotel. The other family members should have followed my suggestion. ;) "
