"Clean Room, Quick Check in"

"DO NOT BOOK. Business hours listed online did not match those in person. The location is chronically understaffed — we waited hours for someone to even check the front desk. Calls to all three posted support phone numbers were unanswered. The lady who finally came tried to take pictures of our credit card instead of using the clearly functional card reader. This is the cheapest option for a reason, even then what they charge is too much for what they (don’t) provide. We had to book another hotel...

"For what it was, it was fine. The room was clean, dark at night, and didn’t smell bad. The hallway and lobby both smelled terrible. Staff were friendly enough through the glass divider."

"Better than advertised "

"If you can stand the smell, the cost shall suffice the "price paid". I did not know this was a smokers place to stay when I made the reservation. The front desk worker asked if I wanted a nonsmoking room. I replied yes. But somehow, I ended up in a room with a clear and inescapable smoke odor. Likewise, the bar located directly below my room made noise until who knows when. I went to bed around 10pm, and the music was still going. And then for breakfast, I went to a close by Dunkin instead...

"Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was great and staff was ready to assist if needed. Great stay!!"

"We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)"

"I booked my room on Expedia when I arrived the guy said he didn’t have my booking information when I showed him the email he tried to tell me it was going to take 30 min to 4 hours. I told him the money was taken out so it should be there. Then he tried to tell me they don’t do price match and charged me 342 for the night. I had to have Expedia call them to refund my money! Then charged another person I know a cheaper price"

"We were two families with kid and stayed two nights. Overall property is really awesome, very clean with a convenient location. Staffs were good and well behaved. Breakfast was nice. Bathroom showers were not good in both rooms. Probably need a change. Also rooms should be cleaned daily even during stay which didn’t happen. Overall all I liked the property and happy with my stay."

"We chose this hotel because it was newly renovated and had good reviews online. It was a little further away than where we wanted to be but we took a chance and were very glad we did. The room was very large and nicely renovated. The bathroom sink had a nice long counter and a cool mirror with great lighting and a built-in nightlight. Many hotel bathrooms are NOT set up this well. The hotel staff were very helpful with the questions I had before and during our stay. The breakfast was fantastic...

"Only stayed here because nothing else was available for my daughter’s graduation week. Walking into the lobby it smelled like a nursing home and cleaner products. Only 1 elevator. Check-in took too long, but checkout was fast. They charged my card temporary $100 incidental fee for each of 2 rooms which hit my credit card as a charge. 2 bus days later it hasn’t been refunded yet. Found a small bug on bed, and bigger one in tub. AC in one room did not even turn on, electric outlets on one side of...
