"Stayed in a suite (thomas Bewick) for 2 nights. Absolutely spot on. Have stayed in loads of suites across the world and this was up there. Very large room, clean, large bathroom with his and hers sinks, large shower and bath. Huge TV and all the amenities you’d need including an Iron and Ironing board, Hairdryer etc. staff were fab. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back."

"The rooms looked slightly tired and old fashioned but were clean enough and had all our requirements apart from a glass to drink from and a pack of cards as we were trapped for a while due to a thunderstorm. Staff (Sonia) was brilliant and gave me a room on the ground floor because I struggled with the stairs up to the second floor. Also she provided me with a drinking glass from the bar. I didn’t require breakfast or parking on this occasion."

"We had an excellent stay at the Mauldron Hotel, it was located 3 minutes from the train station and a 18 minute walk to Leezes Park where we were heading. We were able to check in 1 hour early which was fantastic. The room was huge and nipping clean. Very comfortable bed and was very quiet. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Everything from cereal, yoghurt, porridge, meats, cheese, bread, hot food, bacon sausage etc. I would highly recommend staying here, we certainly will stay again!"
