"I spent one night whilst visiting a friend and the hotel was absolutely ideal. Fantastic location on the beach front. All of the staff were friendly, the room was a decent size and very clean. Bathroom was also a good size with a powerful shower and extremely clean. It's a touch on the old side and is currently being renovated but honestly for the price it exceeded all expectations. The breakfast is genuinely superb as a particular highlight. "

"Lovely welcome fabulous staff , the hotel is in an excellent position near the beach and some thank you for a fabulous stay lovely restaurants and coffee shops near by . The bathroom was huge ,with lovely white towels and the rooms we’re spotless , some of the decor is a dated but you can see they are upgrading it bit by bit . The breakfast was delicious quality bacon and sausage, we will definitely stay there again thank the Windsor Hotel 😊😊😊"

"For the most part this is a truly excellent family run guest house and I can definitely recommend this spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and well appointed place to stay in the quiet residential area of the town. The house is located midway between the town centre with its public transport interchange and the seafront with its attraction and beach both are about 10 to 15 minute walk away."

"Checkin was good, staff very friendly. Room was a good size, clean with a nice bathroom. Bed was only a double, but the room was more than big enough for a king - which was only minor downside. Room had air-conditioning which was a boost and very welcome with the heat. The hotel also provided free ev charging which was great. We had a snack in the attached pub which was nice - it was busy, but it was a hot Saturday afternoon. Would stay again."

"We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. "We have stayed here a few times but as it was my husband’s birthday we upgraded to a suite and it was wonderful. Really big room with a lovely bathroom with twin sinks, a super bath and large seperate shower. Nice toiletries and large bath sheets too. The bed was very big and comfortable. Best of all was the balcony out onto the roof and behind the chinmey stack where it was great to sit in the sun in complete privacy with a cup of tea or a drink. "Excellent stay here. We asked for a quiet room, away from the elevator as we were bringing our dog. Our room was perfectly located at the end of the corridor. Room was quiet, spacious, clean and bright as we had windows on both walls due to it being a river view. Bed was massive and very comfortable. We also had a free mini bar full with fizzy juice/water which was a nice addition. Breakfast was amazing - fry up goods, fruit, pastries. Perfect location - could walk to the main part of the city...
