"I like that I didn't have to interact with anyone in person and everything was handled digitally. When I did have questions (like the wifi password), the live chat function on the hotel's website provided instanteous support, even at 1am. If you are an introvert this is the place for you. Super clean, nice to have a kitchen, bed was comfortable as well. 10/10"

"It was a beautiful room, beautiful property. However, there were 3 issues I found. Pillows were absolutely destroyed. Flatter than an iron board. We called and asked for 2, they brought us one MUCH better pillow. We made it work. 2nd issue was the lighting. Its harsh, bright, ugly and only done by switches on the wall. Which means you gotta get to the bed in the complete dark. Get lamps on the nightstands. Or lights that hang on the wall near the bed that can be switched on and off from the...
