"The check-in and check-out process was super easy (we were allowed to do late check-in!). The apartment was super clean, spacious and ideal for longer stays since it has a kitchen equipped with all the needed supplies. They even gave us milk for coffee/tea. The location is amazing since is it a 2min walk to the beach and close to the bus stop to travel to wineries on the island. Highly recommend!"

"I booked this place even though it was a little dearer than Waiheke Resort next door, because the other place had a few bad reviews about check-in only being open between 2-4pm etc, and the bar was closed early etc. So we rocked up at nearly 4pm to check in, and wow it’s the same place!! "

"The location was ideal. The room was dated but fine. It looked like the sheets on the pull out bed had not been changed from last guest and there were a lot of ants. We were also asked to pay a deposit when we arrived, which I wasn't aware of and eventually they let it go but not without having to get upset about it."

"Location is fantastic! You can’t get better. Corner of the street , opposite to the ferry terminal, next to shop and restaurant. 5 minutes from old/heritage theatre. Bed is comfortable, good pressure in the shower. Staff are really nice. It has caracter! As it is old it does have some squeaking floor board and the solarium is single glazed but it’s also part of the charm. Just don’t expect soundproof and immaculate doors and fabric as it is vantage. "Very grateful for the early check in & room change to a room with the back courtyard to accommodate our dog - thank you Nich :-) Kitchen fully equipped, easy parking plenty of space, kind friendly staff. Great location handy to supermarkets & shops. Will recommend to family & friends and definitely stay again "
