"The room was very clean but the shower had an ingrained floor, a broken tile on the shower step and broken grouting around skirting. The steam room hinges were so rusty that I was surprised they still held the door on and the jacuzzi was mostly peeled paint would not have liked to use it. "Really enjoyed my stay. From start to end it was truly amazing and such a issue-free experience. The staff was all very kind, helpful and professional. Breakfast was a delight every morning and the pool in the afternoon was the cherry on top. The hotel is very charming and carries a relaxed feel. "Lovely Hotel , very clean and fab room but could of done with a bigger room with our Grandson.! Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. A tiny fridge would be helpful in the room but over all we had a lovely stay at the Birdham. What a lovely part of the Island Bembridge is, in my opinion the nicest exception apart from the Needles. Bembridge has lovely quiet beaches to visit and we found the people very friendly. Was a wonderful week🙂"

"We chose this hotel because we were at a nearby wedding and it was easily walkable. The staff were really helpful at reception and offered to store our luggage as our room wasn’t ready(1pm so didn’t expect it to be). We were told where we could get changed and all was good. We eventually checked in about 11pm and went to our room which was a lot smaller than we expected. However we were only staying overnight so thought we could live with it.
