"Property is great overall but we were automatically switched into a room without a bathtub after I specifically reserved a room with a bathtub. Since it was only one night it wasn’t a big deal but not great. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Short walk to the car return is very convenient."

"Positive: Clean and comfortable room close to the airport. Negative: The staff was rude. We were talked into buying their hotel breakfast and was told it was only 109 pln. So we agreed and purchased it. When we got to breakfast the next morning they told us that we had to pay another 129 pln if we both wanted to eat since the front desk only charged us for one. "This hotel is well kept. They are conveniently close to the airport. Rooms are small, but clean and nicely appointed. Not bad for Europe. Breakfast is nice, but not cheap. The overall cost of the stay is very reasonable for a European city. The staff was very helpful and spoke good English. There are very few other amenities nearby if you want dinner however."

"Really good hotel to stay with family! This was our 4th visit. We loved the large rooms and the fantastic scent of the hotel shower gel. The pool and sun lounge area are excellent and our favorite. We spent most of our time at the pool. only concern was the noise from football fans waiting for a team outside the parking entrance (but this was temporary issue) our 2nd floor windows were in front of that. Despite that, we love this hotel and will be back! Great staff."

"It’s a dump. Rooms are not maintained. Just the basic. Should not have the name hotel attached to the name. Think it is a front. Like a scene from a movie. Slump. Mole , grime and absolutely not maintained. Only good thing is it is in a developing neighborhood. Praying for an alternative solution for the near future"
