"My family visiting from Perth, Australia absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, and the hotel was very clean. We highly recommend booking a pool access room — whether it’s day or night, you can simply step out and enjoy the pool, and my daughter loved it! The breakfast was great with plenty of variety. We will definitely stay here again. The hotel also has its own private beach. Definitely worth paying a little extra for the pool access room!"

"Everything was fine, you can't fault it. It's spacious, clean, breakfast had lots to choose from. Staff from front of house to housekeeping, everyone was very helpful throughout. The only observation to highlight is that this is one of the first most established resorts in the Nusa Dua area. Which does explain the more classic/period décor throughout the grounds, compared to the neighbouring newer entrants within the Nusa Dua enclave."
