"This was clearly an older hotel that was poorly renovated. The hallways were not climate controlled very well! Once in the room u could crank up the ac unit and get your room comfortable. Room was clean, but lamp on my side of the bed didn’t work, no exhaust fan in bathroom, taking a shower water liked to get past the poorly designed shower curtain making floor wet. Thus was starting to ruin the flooring in bathroom. We slept in till 10 so missed the breakfast, but found a wonderful spot down...

"No hot water in the shower or hand sink. Attempted to call front desk multiple times, but no one was available. Due to time constraints, I just chose to take an ice cold shower and it was awful. Told the front desk at check out and was met with confusion that this couldn't have been possible. A colleague also stayed there, had the same problem, and was also treated like this was something only they had experienced. "The pool was not opened they said that the pump was broken. So that was a bummer. Not to mention that the TV did not work either. Whenever I complained about the TV they said there was nothing they could do. I did ask the switch room so we can have a TV any. When I was showering the shower head came off and hit me the head. But the worst thing was the way the staff were so rude. We used to stay here all the time that used to be a nice place :-("
