"We booked for a two night say but we only stayed one night due to the terrible conditions and how dirty the rooms were. Pillows, beds, bathrooms were stained with yellow stains, the bathroom had mold and it smelled dirty, smell of cigarettes and cannabis were all over, furniture was broken. We tried to communicate with staff and showed them pictures but they were not cooperating and said they couldn’t cancel our second night despite it being their fault due to rooms being terrible."

"I always enjoy staying at Fairfield Inns. My room this trip was very clean but the facial tissues were like rough! Breakfast was not up to the usual standards! Juice machine was broken, no fresh fruit, and the hot breakfast was late coming out and coffee pots were empty"

"No TV - no staff to help. Was told the property was “full” but it appears highly unlikely that it was. Carpet was fraying in the room and there was trash under the mattress of the sleeper couch."

"The woman at the front desk, who was actually lounging on the couch when I arrived, was not at all friendly and extremely difficult to understand. She was not at all welcoming. Not suited for a first point of contact at a hotel."

"The fitness room was in disrepair. The 2 elliptical were unsteady and unsafe. The AC wasn't working. I had to get maintenance to fix parts of the universal so I could use it. And just on the side, it was really inconvenient to have the coffee maker out near the front desk a whole room's distance from where the breakfast was placed."

"The hotel was nice and relatively clean. It was noticed that it was beat up a little: scrapes and scratches on the walls, dents in the walls, corners of walls were damaged, stains on walls, etc. But overall it was clean and well kept - could probably use a little TLC. Staff was helpful, polite and engaging. Breakfast was standard. Beds were hard."

"1/5 rating ​For the premium price tag we paid over an Iowa Hawkeyes game weekend, this stay was a huge disappointment and nowhere near worth the money. ​Pros ​Comfortable Beds: The one real highlight was the bedding, the mattress and pillows were genuinely comfortable and made for a decent night’s sleep. ​Standard Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast spread was decent, offering standard hotel fare to get the day started. ​Cons ​Outdated & Worn Down: The property is really showing its age....
