"This hotel is just ok. Rough around the edges (not all functioning lights in the room, some unfinished edges in the room, carpet stains, etc). Beds were pretty small for queens and blankets barely covered each bed. Pillows were awful (essentially sheets without any fill - my kids even noticed and they rarely use pillows). For the price, I would have expected a more polished space. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Food was pretty good in their restaurant. Close to the airport (tho still...

"Free hotel shuttle from airport. Just follow « Hotel Shuttle » signs in the airport. Need to pay to go back to airport but we took the tram which is a quick walk from the hotel.
If you plan to go downtown to visit the city, it’s an easy tram ride. Buy the Zurich card, it will make you save some money in this very expensive country"

We’re begging for them to cancel, person on front desc told me no it’s too late.. if you travel as vacation it’s not a place to be. If it’s for business I think it’s good hotel.
