"I checked in on June 9 for one night as reserved and confirmed on Expedia using my credit card. They charged me for two nights and when I check out on the 10th they reimbursed me for the additional night that they charged but somehow they charged me additional night on the same day on June 10. "Rudest people and nasty room"

"Don’t stay here unless you’re ok with a gnat infestation. Just to give you an idea, there were dead gnats in the plastid wrapped cups for the coffee in the room. The only thing “good” about this hotel is the location for concerts. When I requested to change rules because of the gnats the front desk stated, “all rooms are the same.” Only one elevator was working and it was in the way back. Thankfully they had parking back there but was still an inconvenience when we left the hotel not by car. It...
