"WHOEVER CLEANS THE PREMISES needs to be educated in how to clean the room. I cleaned the tub and bathroom before I would use it, it is still stained, a lot of grime came off but it is sanitized as well as the floor and flat surfaces. (A while back I started bringing my own cleaning supplies.) The rinsed towel tells the tale. "The bed was very “springy” and I could feel them in by back. Maybe upgrade or add toppers to the mattresses would definitely help people. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."

"We arrived and it was shut down. No notice or warning. I have sent in a refund request in but have not heard a word since. Expedia has failed me. Booked it through expedia. Expedia should have notified me the place had shutdown. Drove 500 miles with no place to stay. Not a good feeling to be left in the cold. If this actually gets read, I hope in the future you update your clientele with important info as changes are made."
