"Will never come back again. The bed frame was broken. The wood under the mattress was broken in the middle of the night I sleep. I have to fix it. The kitchen cloth was super dirty and also the dish sponge. The night before I check out I texted the incharge person said that to meet up at 9 am the next day. "Need to find your own way to contact the hotel for check in because they do not have any reception counter. There is no concierge available to store your luggages too. We chose the hotel because of it's close proximity to shopping areas around it but were very disappointed to be greeted with dirty room, toilets and poor service. The bedsheets were dusty and they do not provide any housekeeping services neither do they clear your rubbish throughout your stay. The personnel assisting with check in...

"There's no front desk to check in/out The link from Expedia to contact the property is broken The phone number posted , is only on WhatsApp, I called many time, no reply, no voicemail When arrived at the property, the security guard doesn't speak English, many companies operates renting suites there. It took more than hour till the guy came with keys It one suite divided into two suites I don't recommend it "

"Very spacious room within walking distance to the Patronas Towers and shopping malls. When it came to the over all stay, majority of the lights in the room didnt work, however host did offer to move me, few things were broken in the room which i was able to notify host of. Pool is cold even on hot sunny days and some facilities were under maintenance.
