"Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "

"This was a great hotel for the price and location. It was roomy, extremely clean and the kitchenette was all we needed. It had a microwave, kettle and toaster. A selection of glasses, crockery and cutlery. It had a laundry which was a little tricky to navigate. Once you knew you had to get tokens from the vending machine it was manageable. "Kleine Wohnung, hat aber alles was man braucht. Einchecken hat nicht ganz so gut funktioniert, mussten lange auf die Dame warten ( ca 30min )... "

"Beautifully appointed apartment in a superb location. Fantastic communication from our host, including local sightseeing and restaurant tips. Hot tub on the roof top was a lovely way to relax in the afternoon. Points to note are that it's a penthouse and there's no lift. Also, double check the sleeping arrangements will work for you if your party is more than 2 people."
