"the most memorable stay experience during our stay in Osaka, everything was beyond expectation. spacious room, stunning window view, complete and quality amenities, strategic location and free shuttle bus really helped our morning flight. thank you, we will stay here again next time."

"チェックイン時のスタッフの適切な説明と迅速な対応が安心でき良かった。 サウナがあったが、外気浴またイスが1脚しかなくそこは残念だった。 その上で、朝食ビュッフェ(有料)は味も美味しく豊富なご当地グルメも用意されていてとても満足しました。"

"清潔な客室でスタッフの対応もわかりやすく丁寧でした。"

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - it was very authentic Japanese style of beds on the floor which we found surprisingly comfortable. The only glitch, which I feel compelled to mention, is the 'smoking' area that is right at the entrance by the main door of the hotel. "This is probably the best hotel we've stayed at in Japan. The hotel was beautifully maintained, had high end amenities, and the room was very spacious for being a Japanese hotel. The bed and room was so comfortable. The location of the hotel was also extremely convenient to stay and get around during the vacation. We will absolutely stay here again."

"Everything was amazing - the room and the hotel, the location, the staff, the service. I highly recommend."

"Staf very good and helpful"

"I always stay here when I am in Nara. It is right next to the train station so it makes it a walk to get to the main sights but it is awesome you don’t have to carry your luggage far. The spa is great, they have washing machines, the breakfast is amazing, it is super clean, the beds are comfortable, the elevators/guest ratio is good, and it is quiet. Only thing I hate is the light in the entry way is motion detecting…every time you go to the bathroom, it turns on!"

"温泉も朝ごはんもよかったです！ ただ、サウナの温度が低かったです。"
